100 % of donations go to help Haiti.

AM has donated his song “Endings Are Beginnings (piano mix)” to the “Hear to Help,” CD available February 24th in all 938 American Eagle stores across the U.S. and Canada, while supplies last.  The CD will be available online at www.ae.com beginning February 24.

One hundred percent of the $10 retail price will go directly to Oxfam America, an international relief and development organization that creates lasting solutions to poverty, hunger, and injustice.  In Haiti, Oxfam’s efforts include providing water, latrines, plastic sheeting, cash, and relief materials to those who have gathered in temporary camps both within the city and in hard-hit outlying areas.

(Just a warning the end is scary.) AM takes us on a tour of the recording studio while engineer Tom Rogers finishes up a mix for “When the Dust Settles” from the album “Future Sons & Daughters”. This album was recroded at Wilder Brothers studio facility, built in 1979 by noted studio designer George Augsberger. The studio has a history ranging from The Eagles and Hans Zimmer to Stan Freberg and Donny and Marie Osmond. The classic design and natural wood treatments contribute to the sonic and visual ambiance of the studio and control rooms- viby.

This is the first video in AM’s Behind The Scenes Series that shows the making of the new album Future Sons & Daughters.  If you haven’t gotten time to check out the album at your local record store, Best Buy, itunes, Amazon, AM’s official store or anywhere you support artists by buying their music, I hope you will do that.  We worked really hard on this record and had a lot of fun making it.
